Our CrossFit Kids classes are uniquely tailored for kids aged 6 to 12 years old. The sole emphasis of our kids program is to make fitness fun while coaching them little by little on proper movement. Classes are 45 minutes long, and we spend a lot of time playing games during classes. The games get the kids moving and exercising—associating fun with fitness from the start! Everything we do is age-appropriate, and most of the exercises are unloaded (bodyweight), or done with very minimal loading after excellent form is demonstrated.
We offer two classes per week: our Wednesday class begins at 4pm, and our Friday class begins at 3:45pm. Sessions are $75 and run for 4 weeks. Registration is available Monday-Saturday during regular business hours.
