We know walking through the front door is the hardest part. Take the first step and we will be there to meet you where you are!
Step 1 - No Sweat Intro & Joint by Joint Assessment
During the No Seat Intro we will have a conversation about what you are looking for in a fitness program and the goals that you are looking to achieve! We will then have you complete a full joint by joint movement assessment. Don’t worry we will not get you breathing heavy and sweaty, but we will ask you to wear comfortable clothes! The Movement Assessment will measure your unique structural limitations and imbalances! Your Coach will walk you through the entire process. They will then take what they have learned to create a training program designed to help fix your movement limitations, target possible imbalances, work toward your goals, and prepare you to enter our group classes.
Step 2 - One on One
You will be pared with one of our professional coaches, who will work with you one-on-one. This one-on-one attention will help you become competent and confident in the foundational movements you will be exposed to on a regular basis, preparing you for the group classes! We will be teaching you how to move with proper mechanics and technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. This one-on-one time will be dictated by your goals, your movement assessment, and of course your schedule. Everyone has their own pace through this process and your coach will be there to guide you.
Step 3 - Group Classes
Our Group Classes are the heart of our gym and where our community is created! Here at Junction City CrossFit our community means everything to us, and we want you to become a part of it!
You will begin to meet new faces as you begin to put what you have learned working one-on-one with your coach to use. You will also begin to take the confidence that you have gained in your body and your abilities and start putting it to work.
The coach of the group classes will understand you are newer and offer you scaled options as you gain strength and endurance. Over time you will not need as much scaling options. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, cheer on your classmates, and socialize after you are tired and sweaty from the Workout of the Day!
